We developed The CribGrown™ Initiative for Black people to inspire, nominate and propose the programs that will drive real social justice achievement in our communities.
DeeperEngaged™ for Social Justice is run by an Advisory Board solely dedicated to reinvesting Navitent revenues into social justice programs. This is a place for pure reinvestment into the programs we as Black people choose to emphasize and grow. Navitent, DeeperEngaged™, and CribGrown™ are Black, US Army Veteran Founded and Owned technologies, co-operatives, and initiatives. This program takes no money from special interests or profiteers interested only in the value of your data.
Share | Tell us your DeeperEngaged™ #MyDeeperMoments in the life story of when someone touched you in a deeper, more meaningful way. Share what wisdom you now want to transfer to other Black individuals, families, businesses, and communities from that moment.

Succeed | For every $35,000 raised through GoFundMe and merchandise sold for CribGrown™, Navitent will select a #MyDeeperMoments Creator to support the development of a CribGrown™ Program inspired, nominated, or proposed by you.
